In a welcome move for travelers, Bangladesh will resume visa services from its Agartala mission starting this Wednesday. This decision is aimed at promoting smoother travel and furthering bonds between the neighboring countries.
The visa services had been suspended on administrative and logistical grounds. The resumption would allow the people of the region to apply for Bangladeshi visas directly from the Agartala mission, which would simplify the procedure for tourists, business professionals, and families.
The officials have assured that all the arrangements necessary for smooth experiences of the applicants have been done. In addition, there will be an increased number of personnel and other resources to address the expected visa applications.
